A contractor's discipline. An engineering firm's rigour.
Green Channel Builders is a premier infrastructure, telecommunications and facilities management company established in 1995. Built upon a strong foundation of key railway and civil infrastructure projects across New Delhi, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir for Northern Railways, the company has expanded its multi-sector footprint over three decades. Today it stands as a trusted Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner for industry leaders, managing vast critical networks across North India.

Our approach
Built to hold accountability across the whole asset lifecycle.
Most programmes fail at the seams between disciplines. We removed those seams by building every capability in-house, geotechnical, civil, electrical, telecom, MEP and O&M, under one delivery structure.
Mission
Deliver infrastructure that performs reliably for decades, safely and on schedule.
Vision
To be the most dependable multi-vertical infrastructure partner in our regions.
Method
Method statements, QA/QC, testing evidence and transparent reporting on every package.
